1) Can I transfer my old number to Helio?

 

Yes you can! When you receive your new Helio handset, you can finish transferring your old phone number by following the instructions included in the package. DO NOT CANCEL YOUR OLD ACCOUNT.

 

2) I see a lower price somewhere else. Do you guys price match?

3) Can I get Helio service (monthly plan) from FinaWireless.com?

 

Yes, all the Helio devices we sell come with service plans. Your device is ready to use right out of the box!

 

4) How long does it take to ship?

 

We ship the same day for all orders confirmed before 12:00pm PST. We offer FREE UPS home delivery which can take 2 to 5 business days, but you can upgrade your shipping to 2nd Day Air for only 10 dollars.

 

5) Where is my Helio phone / How do I check the status of my order?

6) How do I return my phone?

 

Please go to http://www.MyOrderFinder.com/RMA if you are within your first 30 days and you would like to return or just exchange your Helio device for a unit that better fits your needs. We must receive the phone within 7 days of reporting the request for your return/exchange. Sending the phone past the 7 days will result in your device being sent back to you as the phone is no longer refundable. All original boxed contents are required to return any device. We will not accept any refunds without all of the original contents. Finawireless is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

 

7) Can I use T-Mobile/Verizon/Cingular/Sprint with a Helio phone?

 

No, you must use Helio service with any Helio device.

 

8) Can I get a Family Plan with Helio?

9) Who do I get a monthly bill from?

 

You would get a monthly bill directly from Helio.

 

10) When does my first bill arrive and how much will it be?

 

It would arrive 3-4 weeks after your device is activated and it will include a $30 activation fee and a prorated partial month of usage. This will make your first bill approximately 40-60 dollars more than the rate plan you select.

 

11) Are you phones brand new or refurbished?

 

All phones from Finawireless.com are brand new in original packaging. We DO NOT sell refurbished devices.

 

12) Is there a credit check required?

 

Yes, a credit check is required for Helio service.

 

13) Is there a contract required?

 

Yes, a 2 year contract is required for Helio service.
